Most early-draft business plans omit key components, do not substantiate important assumptions with available research, or fail to communicate the unique selling proposition in clear, concise language. I review business plans and work with entrepreneurs to make their "finished" business plan (a) a true reflection of the writer's intentions and goals; and (b) a document of interest to potential business partners, lenders, and innvestors.

The sooner I see a preliminary business plan, the more time I can save the writer and the stronger the finished plan will be. Second, I know what readers want and expect to see in a business plan.

Many free internet websites present the basic outline for writing a business plan. I can deliver most value to the entrepreneur if I can see their business plan immediately after the first draft has been completed.
