I provide mental health counseling for individuals with the following issues: anger/rage, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem. Sessions are facilitated w/ unconditional positive regard in a non-directive style to ensure that the client heals emotionally & mentally at their own pace. Brief therapy model is used when indicated by combining elements of motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, normalization and ambivalence resolution. I also provide career counseling to help people esablish and expand their career.

What I do best is to help public mental health agencies, schools, churches, correctional facilities, doctors, psychologists, other community professionals and resources work with their most challenging clients. To me the more challenging the client, the more rewarding the work.

What I do best for business people is help them find and follow their passion.

I have 20+ years of professional experience in the field of mental health working with clinical and non-clinical populations. During which time, I have worked with Chronically Mentally Ill Adults, Chemically Dependant Adults and Acutely Mentally Ill Adolescents in an inpatient, outpatient and residential setting, as well as individuals in non-clinical settings, and business leaders in the Puget Sound Area. This experience has helped me see that there is a way to connect with and help anyone and that's what I intend to do, either through referral or delivery of my services.
