I'm co-owner of DoughNation Services, a business that processes noncash charitable donations by itemizing and evaluating them so taxpayers recieve the deductions they deserve. We also provide an affordable alternative to estate sale through our Gentle Disposition Service.

I enjoy creating promotional materials like brochures and hand outs. I also like to break down processes into easy to follow steps. I'm learning a whole new set of skills and find it quite exciting if exhausting at times.

I'm hoping to define the areas where we can afford to delegate to other professionals, like bookkeeping and database maintenance.

Over 22 years as a real estate agent in Portland taught me to negotiate, go for win win situations, and plan ahead for down times. Real estate taught me to take care of my client's needs first and foremost. All good things - like referrals - flow from them.
