Read an article that talked about "older" sales professionals - managers not clicking with new younger sales forces. "It's like my Dad talking to me". With so many Baby Boomers coming up on retirement I wonder how that's going to affect the workplace?
I have heard this in the field and was never really sure that statement was appropriate. Would be interested in your feelings/ideas.
Are you tired of the same old leads groups? Fee's and penalties are the order of the day? Leads are mediocre at best and advice/training is less than desirable? Are there other choices?
