I notice things you will never see from a cubicle or on the drive home. I'm the writer behind a tree, taking notes. I'm loaded with observations of human grace, fascinating behavior, absurdity and moronic acts. My last book, Home for the Holidays & Other Calamities was made into the 1995 feature film, Home for the Holidays, starring Holly Hunter, Robert Downey Jr., Ann Bancroft, Charles Durning and Claire Danes. Directed by Jodi Foster.

My work on the Rolling Stones European Tour featured tension-breaking humor for the crew, dispatched in each city. [less]
