I'm a real estate broker operating as Braxtan Real Estate (BRE) at John L. Scott, Inc. My team and I help buyers find houses, condos and land for sale; we help home sellers and developers market and sell real estate; we help people successfully negotiate and navigate real estate transactions; and we manage rental properties for investors.

I excel at representing buyers and selling new construction, with special experience working with BuiltGreen and LEED-certified houses, townhomes and condos. Braxtan Real estate's primary mission is to provide the best possible service for home buyers, home sellers and developers who share our dedication to quality and integrity in all aspects of our lives and our businesses.

I've been working with real estate in Seattle and the surrounding communities since 1995. I'm a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), the Master Builders' Association (MBA) and the Downtown Seattle Association (DSA). I currently serve on the Cascadia LEED Steering Committee, and I'm a member of the Seattle King County Association of Realtors (SKCAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
