These practices renew our connection and understanding with Nature, so that we can observe, adapt and grow with changes in life- be those illness, trauma, interactions, or age. Professional massage offers the potent dynamic of attentive human presence to help facilitate our bodies natural healing mechanisms. The use of specialized oils, aromas and surroundings greatly enhance the benefits of that touch. And to further facilitate your own process, I am here to offer education and guidance in your daily routine, lifestyle and diet. Namaste.
