    Angry Customer Strategist in the house!

    My name is Chuck Dennis; I am the Angry Customer Strategist. I am a consultant with Knowledgence Associates in Cambridge, MA.

    Every business that has customers has angry customers. I assist the management of small to midsize companies in resolving and preventing customer disputes, as well identifying opportunities to enhance current service polices and procedures.

    I have over two decades of business experience, providing companies with customer-focused leadership and performance. My passion for serving customers is evangelistic, it transcends industries, and it is contagious!
