She has studied with various successful home staging and redesign professionals, including Barb Schwarz, the original creator of home staging who has 35+ years of experience in home staging. Cindy is an Accredited Staging Professional Master (ASPM), an Interior Redesign Industry Specialist (IRIS) and the Charter Chapter President for the San Francisco Chapter of International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) from 2005-2007. Prior to becoming a full-time staging professional, Cindy was working as a property manager to a high-end rental property in Hillsborough, CA, in additions to working as a Buyer's Agent for San Francisco Bay Area home buyers. Her past real estate experiences had helped her to be able to view properties through buyers' and high-end renters' eyes and understand what buyers look for in buying a home. Moreover, her 5-year non-profit experiences had enriched her skills in working with flexible budgets, acute problem solving, grassroots and word-of-mouth marketing.
