I focus on Whole Body Wellness, which refers to the philosophy that views physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of life as closely interconnected and equally important approaches to a persons healing path.

I am personally committed to Whole Body Wellness. As a Licensed Bodyworker with experience and education, I employ an eclectic blend of therapies on my clients for relief from chronic injury or pain to profound relaxation from physical, emotional or mental stress.

Providing a gentle yet deeply responsive approach in a professional and safe environment, while maintaining a warm and calm presence, is how I facilitate your health, peace and happiness.

A Licensed Massaage Practitioner with 2 years of study and experience in Vibrational Medicine, specializing in decreasing physical, emotional and mental stress by accessing and releasing physical and energetic blocks in the body, through the integration of many styles of massage, Gemstone Therapy, Sound Therapeutics, Reiki and Aromatherapy.

A therapeutic session can be tailored to your needs. Whether you receive one or many therapies in a session; you will walk away feeling complete because I believe everyone should have choices that makes them feel happy, healthy and satisfied.

When using massage I use a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Acupressure and Shiatsu.

In addition I enjoy sharing my knowledge of certain Eastern Elements, such as Qigong.  This daily practice can aid you as it has allowed me to cultivate and harness the Universal Life Force (Chi / Energy), which has improved my quality of life tremendously.

I also specialize in creating wellness plans for almost anyone, including businesses. I do this through an evaluation session by working with you and/or your business. The evaluation will determine what kind of wellness plan you and your team need.

An investment in a wellness plan can save you and your business time and money, by decreasing stress and other personnel issues and increasing productivity through positive morale.
