I am a Licensed Massage Practitioner with 3 years of study and experience in Vibrational Medicine, specializing in decreasing physical, emotional and mental stress by accessing and releasing physical and energetic blocks in the body, through the integration of many styles of massage, hydrotherapy, salt treatments, Gemstone Therapy, Sound Therapeutics, Reiki and Aromatherapy.

A therapeutic session can be tailored to your needs. Whether you receive one or many therapies in a session; you will walk away feeling complete because I believe everyone should have choices that makes them feel happy, healthy and satisfied.

When using massage I uses a combination of Deep Tissue Techniques which include Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release. Using these modalities as my base I integrate a deep relaxing response through Trager, Acupressure, Reflexology and Qigong techniques. My approach is gentle yet effective at working from your skeletal structure to your skin to help unwind energetic blocks that are holding you in unwanted or uncomfortable positions or postures.

I also specialize in creating wellness plans for almost anyone, including businesses. I do this through an evaluation session by working with you and/or your business. The evaluation will determine what kind of wellness plan you and your team need.

An investment in a wellness plan can save you and your business time and money, by decreasing stress and other personnel issues and increasing productivity through positive morale.

I choose to attract clients that take responsibility for their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual growth. Even though my work primarily focuses on the physical aspect, I believe all aspects of growth are uniquely interconnected and cannot be ignored in an individuals healing process.
