  Bumped into Corbet last night at a networking event. We got talking and I showed him my business card, including the new logo I had recently designed. Without prompting, Corbet complimented my work and offered feedback.

  I said sure, I'd love to hear your input. In three minutes, he raised the quality of my logo 50%. The next morning I made the changes. With a big ol' grin, I uploaded my new and improved logo to my website. I'll update the card later this afternoon.

  So, what does that tell you about the guy? 1. He's good at what he does. 2. He's generous and authentically enjoys helping people.

  Great branding workshop, very helpful consulting with you, and the best is that you listened deeply and really made the effort to understand my business. The result is I now have several practical suggestions tailor made for my unique situation. That's so different from (and so much better than) the other way round where some expert tries to make me fit their theory of how things are supposed to work.
