I take the visual inspection to a whole new level. Using thermal imaging with an infrared camera, I am able to see what is going on inside your walls. The normal home inspection looks for clues as to what is happening. I do that as well but can tell you if insulation is missing, hidden water leaks are present, or if there are electrical hot spots.
