I am an independent consultant specializing in organizational change and transitions.  My areas of focus include organizational assessment, capacity building, planning and strategy formation, interim management, and board development.  In addition to my work as a consultant, I am a Senior Advisor at the Nancy Bell Evans Center on Nonprofits & Philanthropy, a trainer for United Way of King County, and an instructor for the U.W. Nonprofit Management Certificate Program.  I have served on several nonprofit boards, and am currently President of the Board of Solid Ground (formerly the Fremont Public Association).
