Sean, that was funny, thank you for the entertainment. I must disagree with most of the premise unless of course it was tongue in cheek. Writing down and/or making some sort of concrete declaration of your desires and goals is a self-improvement fundamental taught by just about everyone. Doing it only on New Years is sort of like folks who drink diet soda with their cheeseburger. Hmmm, no wonder why everyone is a few pounds overweight...I like New Years, my business goes up :-) Craig

There has been quite a discussion in my field this political season on how effective the Obama campaign has been at using hypnotic language patterns and unconscious communication techniques. His handlers are absolutely brilliant and contributed to his success for sure. Hypnosis is everywhere folks. You can either succumb to it out of awareness or take control of the trance you are already in. Craig

I love the idea of constantly asking ourselves questions in order to uncover new opportunities. I love the idea of pushing past our comfort zone which I have no problem with....just landing on the strategies that pay off the highest for the amount of work done. we'll have to talk more about that! Hi Karen, It means having a body that is free to move the way we desire in order to fully participate in life! It means: Being able to play catch with your grandkids. Being able to sit in a movie theatre Having the energy to get off the couch and walk your dog

For me personally, it means keeping my energy level high and my body free of pathogens and dis-ease. Craig

The easiest and most efficient way to use their service is by integrating it with a shopping cart system. You can purchase software or have it hosted as I do. These programs/services make it very simple to do online business and track and store customer databases. They have many wonderful tools to help increase conversions.

Although it's not my primary business, I do internet marketing consulting work on the side.
