About Cynthia

I offer both short term counseling and depth psychotherapy to navigate through life's on-going challenges. In this work that my clients and I do together, my overall goal is for them to develop an intimate and healthy relationship with themselves. During this process, self-limiting thoughts and behaviors are transformed and replaced with self-empowering ones, enabling them to constructively and optimistically achieve their life goals. One of the things that sets me apart from most psychotherapists is that I offer the option of traveling to my clients' location.
