Listen to the response you get from inside yourself. If it's "No you don't" or something like that, you could benefit. That inner voice is what you really think, regardless of what you might like to think is true.

Without self-acceptance we shut out possibilities. The alternative is to begin recovering the natural self-acceptance and confidence healthy kids possess. That cascades to all parts of your life.

With EFT, my primary method, this happens more quickly and easily than you would expect, and though it's only a start it can continue as far as you want to take it.
