Architectural Design, permitting for residential and small commercial projects. I specialize in remodel/addition projects on older Seattle area homes and lofts. Hourly rates of $65 or job bids. I integrate sustainable design practices and material choices in everything I work on, and can explain to you the myriad of choices in making your project "Greener".

I also can manage construction projects, acting as the liason between the owner/company and the contractor/construction team, as well as on site management, scheduling, cost estimating, design changes and quality control. I will make sure it gets built right!

Residential Architecture, additions, remodels, mainly on older homes. I have a large network of craftsmen/tradespeople if you need a reference.

On the hobby side: I have a pair of self-amplified JBL speakers/stands I can rent/loan out for weddings, parties, etc. I also know many DJ's if you need one for an event.

Architectural Intern/Drafter: Someone interested in residential design and construction, with drafting and CAD skills or a quick learner. Sense of humor a must. Prefer someone with experience using ArchiCAD Version 9 or later...

Masters Degree in Architecture from Montana State University with studies at Univeristy of Minnesota, Mpls.

Architecture: I have worked at architectural firms on a variety of projects including college buildings, offices, banks, coffee shops; all phases of architectural design: predesign, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.

Construction Mgmt: I have project managed large (1million+) and small ($30k) projects for clients (Microsoft, The Production Network) as well as many residential remodel projects.

Construction: I have worked as a carpenter on residential and commercial projects and bring that knowledge of how things actually are built to my design and management practice.

Radio: Music director, asst Manager, Deejay for alternative public Radio (KGLT 91.9 FM Bozeman, Helena MT)

Volunteer: Seattle Architectural Foundation tour guide, World Shelters Hurricane Katrina Relief crew memeber, Architects Without Borders Westway Charette participant (2006).
