This year, our average sales price to list price ratio has been 99.52%, whereas the MLS average was 95.73%.
For buyers: We aggressively represent buyer's needs and goals to get them into the home of their dreams!

What Dan does best
Form lasting relationships with people. I believe that the real estate business is all about relationships, and my job has not been done if I haven't turned a client into an advocate. In addition, I believe that it is my role as a real estate professional to wear many hats, which includes finding creative solutions to the roadblocks that come up in real estate transactions.
What does Dan need?
My goal is to form relationships with business owners in the community, and develop reciprocal relationships to boost each other's business. I've adopted the philosophy that 'giver's gain,' and I try to live this in my daily interactions.
