Here's a brief, but exciting description of the project I've been working on for the last year and a half:

Very simply put, we've built one of the first eCommerce 2.0 applications. If that unique item sells through one sales channel, the inventory levels are instantly updated on the other. This effectively doubles your market! Furthermore, all auctions are now handled just like website orders through a single, easy to use Orders Admin Interface. This saves a huge amount of time, and simplifies order fulfillment tremendously. Fun things like eBay correspondence are now handled directly though the powerful Executive Dashboard. The system even automatically leaves your customers feedback as soon as they've left you positive feedback.

I believe I forgot to mention the most important eBay feature, our system helps you keep in contact with every person you've sold to on eBay. There is a lot of implicit value in converting sometimes unprofitable eBay sales into profitable direct relationships. With CrystalCommerce, when a customer wins one of your auctions, all their personal information is moved to your website where we instantly create a user account for them that is populated with their Name, Billing Information, Email, and Order History. We instantly notify the customer with an opt out email that an account has been created for them at your website. In the email you can include an optional coupon. We created a very powerful Coupon System that allows you to create custom coupons targeted directly to those eBay conversion accounts, after all we want them to become regular users of your website right? Now you can include them on mailing lists and keep them up to date with special offers.
