I'm a life coach specialising in helping people to create a life for themselves. The majority of my clients come to me because they are stuck in one way or another and I help them to define the things they want in their life and help them go out and achieve them.

I help people to find hope, purpose and meaning in their lives. I love it!

I've a background in IT, a music degree and have completed several coaching courses including one recognised by the International Coaching Federation. I never stop learning, every day and every client is an experience and an opportunity to learn.

I've been coaching since 2000, initially in health and wellness, confidence and self-esteem. Since 2006 I've been helping people define their lives through life coaching.
