I provide high quality residential planning, design and permitting services for new and remodeled homes throughout the Northwest, tailored to the needs of my individual clients.

I believe a successful project must be sensitive to the fact that every home's design has unique requirements, driven by client need and taste, municipality regulations, site limitations and orientation, and the condition of any existing structures.

With emphasis on Home Design for a Lifetime, I work in close partnership with my clients to ensure that the practicality, flexibility, adaptability of their homes are addressed, incorporating design features which allow my clients to remain in their homes, throughout their lives, if they so choose.

For the Real Estate professional, I can provide b & w and color perspectives and rendered floor plans of existing and proposed homes for display, brochures and flyers.

The design and planning of new homes and home renovations/additions to existing homes of any period.

I attended the Phoenix Institute of Technology, where I studied Drafting and Design and Computer Aided Drafting and Design, graduating in June 1984.

I have 24 years of experience working for myself and for firms in Phoenix, AZ and Seattle, WA on a variety of building types, primarily focused on single, multi-family residential and accessible dwelling design. I have also designed medical clinics, restaurant renovations and small commercial tenant improvement projects over the course of my professional tenure.
