At Helix, we help you unwind tension and pain and live with greater ease via an effective massage therapy gameplan so you can connect with your heart and shine!

We'll pay attention to what's healthy, as well as what's challenging, we'll listen to your history, and ultimately, we'll seek to work with you in the way that best respects and supports your body's own amazing compacity to heal.

A session most often includes postural assessment, deep tissue massage, stretching and myofascial release, as well as Reiki and craniosacral techniques, to restore balance and ease.

I opened my own massage practice in September 2004, Helix Massage Therapy, and Melissa joined me in January 2009. Prior to this, I spent four years as administrative staff supporting some fantastic alternative health care practioners and their clients at Inner Brilliance Chiropractic in Queen Anne and University Health Clinic in the University District.
