I wrote the book, Tragedy in the Workplace, after consulting with businesses in all industries for 20 years. I witnessed the suffering in the workplace, based on ego drama, fear, and rivalry and dscovered the source of the pain. I am an international speaker and have addressed over 300 business groups and organizations on healing the workplace and finding peace, joy and success. I also have conducted half day, full day and two day workshops and retreats for businesses of all sizes.
