What Danny does
Trademark lawyer, technology lawyer and entrepreneur. While my litigation track record is impeccable, my approach emphasizes prevention of legal problems via creative problem solving. I spend most of my waking hours thinking about how to help my clients thrive in a rapidly changing world that is increasingly dependent upon managing intellectual property.
As an entrepreneurial lawyer, I think strategically to help businesses employ their resources wisely and grow profitably.
Law Degree and MBA from Duke. Two undergraduate degrees from University of Massachusetts. Summa cum laude. Founded Duke Law + Technology Review.
Trademark law practice started in 2003. Immediately prior to that, I founded an entrepreneurial venture that was profitable on an operating basis when I shut it down three years later. I have also worked in investment banking, consulting and business development for a fortune 500 company and have done strategy work for tech startups.
