I help Adults and Children find and remove stress in the body, mind, and spirit, that blocks your ability to heal and be well. The result is you feel better and stay better!
I do traditional, instrument, and energy adjusting techniques, depending upon your body's needs. I do nutrition evaluations using a Muscle testing technique called NRT(Nutrition Response Testing) to determine where you have too much or too little nutrients in your diet, and help you create a plan for better nutritional balance.

I offer local seminars for businesses and social groups on topics such as: Stress Relief through Movement and Meditation, Stay Fit While you Sit (an ergonomics workshop), Lifting Safety, Stretching, And More, just ask!

I am best at putting a person at ease. I seem to have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable.

I have excellent listening and intuitive skills. I can see and hear what you say you want and don't want for yourself. I can also tell when you are out of integrity with yourself ie. you say you want to feel better but you roll your eyes like "yeah right, like that will ever happen" when you say it. Then I diplomatically let you know what you are doing to yourself and how to change it.

I am best at creating hope that a person can get better. I have developed a strong confidence with maintaining my own personal health and the health of 1000's of patients over the last 14 years. That confidence allows me to help others to KNOW if they can be helped in a very short period of time!
