Mentoring For Moms
It's My Mommie Time: Small groups of mom friends coming together, in my home, for adventures in art and exercise. The program is all about having FUN and going from tired, sad and lonely to having energy, being happy and getting excited about your life. Each week you will work with a guiding question and through movement and art you will access answers from your intuitive self that will provide direction as you take action to balance your life. When your life is in balance you are providing your children with the best possible role model.
Other Programs
Quality with Every Step: Strengthening kinesthetic connections through walking. This 8 week program focuses on developing walking to the level of vigorous exercise. This is not a walk and talk experience, but an athletic approach to learning proper walking mechanics that will help you walk farther and faster. This program is the first step to take if you are planning to participate in a walk-a-thon this spring or summer. This program uses video-analysis to teach proper walking mechanics.
Walk This Way: This 8 week program focuses on deepening your awareness of subtle physical feelings to deeply train your new walking mechanics and to further strengthen the body-mind connection. You will begin to work with powerful, guiding questions to access intuitive information about your body's physical needs.
Something Beautiful Grows in Your Heart: emphasis shifts from strengthening the body-mind connection to using this connection to access core information about life purpose.
