    Thanks for the comments I appreciate the feedback..

    Setting standards means setting data storage location standards for all files, specific tech resources (ie: blackberry vs iphone & Dell vs lenovo etc) and software (Office vs OpenOffice, Quickbooks vs Peachtree etc).

    Also, business owners need to be specific about how much access each user has to certain areas of the corporation and put controls in place to ensure those standards are regulated.

    As with all of these areas we guide the business owner and provide choices which allow for a custom solution based on the owners preferences.
