In combination with the techniques I've learned, makes it that much more powerful at getting at the issues that are the root cause of pain and stuckness. Reducing and removing the emotional pain from the experience.

These techniques also work well on physical pains and sickness. So much is linked to our emotional states.

In my nature of feeling good and staying healthy, I work at a few health clubs around town as a spinning and fitness instructor. Super fun work, I can't even call it work. They pay me to do it, I still can't believe it!

I am also a WA Licensed General Contractor. I mainly do small remodels and finish work. I can do it all and choose to work a 3 day work week.
