I've jumped into real estate in the past six months. It has been a new exhilarating change and challenging endeavor. I have passed the real estate exam and put my license on inactive at this time. I am learning daily from being in partnership[ with Josh Shiflett and will continue to assist him in building up our business model and success. Much of my activity revolves around marketing and networking. I'm excited to get re-engaged with Biznik this Fall.

Real estate is a very tangible commodity and yet working with the variability of human beings people in the midst of real estate transactions involves a high level of trust and corresponding stewardship. It is a privilege to walk with people through what is often one of the biggest business decisions of their lifetime. It involves a variety of skills ranging from patience to negotiation, intense marketing to persistnet customer service, precise transactions to handling disappointments.
