Hello, I'm new to biznik, and am here to help!

I manage a quality and customer service driven remodeling firm in Seattle, we work in Seattle, the East side, and Edmonds area. I've been doing this for a lot of years and, thus consider myself, fairly well informed on lots of construction related topics. I would be happy to be a sounding board for remodeling project related questions, such as means and methods, best practices, resources for materials etc. I am also open to discussing business practices with other construction professionals.
