What David does
I am a photographer and audiographer working with film and digital media to make images; recording sound and voice on a PMD-660 to document stories in the vane of This American Life and Story Corps (Transom.org); making films from super-8 and mDV cameras.
My work is described as documentary and editorial in style. It is informed by my respect for modern masters of photography (e.g., Tom Roma) and an appreciation for design.
My work has been exhibited as single images displayed on museum walls and it has been published in magazines such as The Sun, Oxford American and No Depression.
What David does best
Documentary, editorial, commercial, and wedding photography.
I document and produce documents of events, portraits of individuals and groups. I attempt to engage current dialogue in art.
