In fact, small-business, creative, independent types rank amongst my most desirable types of human. We've done some amazing work together, the awesome small-business people and me.

Maybe that's because my clients and I have this weird tendency to stick together way beyond that first project. We're driven by something more than your average, profit-making-business-y-type stuff.
