Anyone Need Presentation/Workshop Event Space?

I'm thinking about modifying my office-space to allow other to use it for presenting events. I estimated capacity around 20 but we'll have to see what the fire-marshal says. A carpenter friend of mine owes me a favour so I'm thinking about moving some walls, after that it'd be ready to go!
