What David does

I run Eyejot. We're trying to make video messaging easy, fun and super useful across multiple categories for both consumers and business people. Eyejot has partnered with Biznik to provide them with their member video profile feature.

What David does best

Develop software and promote my small companies. I enjoy public speaking and promoting the various technologies I develop and employ.

What does David need?

Java and Flash developers.

Education

I spent a summer at Cornell during High School and then went to The George Washington University for a couple of years.

Experience

Started Eyejot (http://www.eyejot.com) and also started WhatCounts (http://www.whatcounts.com). Was previously the Director of Engineering for News & Entertainment at Starwave, a famed Internet pioneer started by Paul Allen and later merged with Infoseek and sold to Disney. Led the engineering and platform development for ABCNews.com and the first TheStreet.com site. Also worked on ESPN.com, WallOfSound.com, FamilyPlanet.com and several other, high profile sites. Prior to that I worked for Traveling Software, the creators of Laplink, and had my own consulting practice in Washington, DC as well as worked for an imaging company specializing in large format image compression.
