I am a facilitator, trainer, public speaker and consultant with over 20 years experience working in both, the public and private sector. In this capacity, I have worked with individuals and teams from the shop floor to the board of directors.

My expertise includes creating collaborative environments through facilitation, teaching, cross-functional team building, leadership, and process improvement.

I am a retired military man who has traveled, lived and/or worked in more than 11 countries worldwide. I am currently working on my first book, The Occasional Facilitator - A Guide for Those who Facilitate Infrequently.
