I was introduced to Mortgage planning about a year ago. For the person not in the mortgage business, they may not care what the difference is. However I find it to be a very effective way to interact with clients. The usual conversation was always about give me the best rates. Now, it is how can I build wealth.

What I love about the process now is I am helping families with more then just sell them a mortgage. We are having a financial planning conversation utilizing the relationships with my strategic partners; Realtors, Financial Advisors, CPA's, and many more.

My partners and I are always open to hear and work with those who share in the same passion to help improve family's lives as we are.

I love working with peopel who what to help themselves. Nothing is more exciting for me then actualy seeing a family better off because they simply made the decision for a better life.
