Coaching and Training: I have hundreds of hours as a coach and training facilitator that spans a variety of areas, including leadership, high performance teams, managing change, interpersonal communication, and advanced sales training skills.

Business Experience: I have 18 successful years in corporate environments refining skills in areas of leadership, self management, marketing, sales, and finance.

Interpersonal Communication: I am a lifelong learner, participant, and facilitator of numerous personal development programs designed to integrate and unleash true potential creating deeper levels of fulfillment and balance with mind, body, and spirit.
