In my new (again) committment to take care of myself along the way, Katelon's workshop was a GREAT way to ease into the chaos that comes with end-of-summer "dig in" to biziness, traffic and getting things done!
Katelon demo'd and coached technique & results methodically and easily, allowing for our personal modeling, adaptations and varied experiencce levels.
The potluck allowed us to learn about eachother's motivations for our Biznik community and sharing of supportive ideas!
Her broad based experience in many healing/strengthening disciplines makes a good backdrop for the specifics of today's class.
I will definitely refer friends and collegues to Katelon ... and YOU, too!
