My number one intention in my coaching is that people not only feel happier and more confident, but they can point to tangible changes in their lives as a direct result of our work together.

Inner revelations and self-understanding are all well and good, but it's your ability to translate that awareness into new outward actions and ways of being that will make a true difference.

My coaching style is short-term, focused, and forward-moving. I aim to connect people with skills and resources to coach themselves through their current decision-making process and beyond, providing a lifelong resource they can tap into.

In addition to my coaching for individuals and couples, I've created unique and dynamic workshops like my Inspired Women Life Coaching Groups and my Money Mindful Way courses.

Money is a key factor in decision-making for many people. My courses outline a concrete process to create lasting change in how people interact with their money, allowing money to be the resource it is, rather than a burden or source of stress. Once you're clear about where you and money stand, life decisions can be made more freely and confidently. [less]
