What Debbie does
Inner revelations and self-understanding are all well and good, but it's your ability to translate that awareness into new outward actions and ways of being that will make a true difference.
The people I work with typically fall into one of two "transition categories":
- They know exactly what they want, but for whatever reason haven't been able to manifest their vision.
- They want to make a change, but have no idea what that would look like.
I love working with people in both situations. I can hang with uncertainty as I help people gain the skills to throw open doors and explore possibilities. And, I can help people sort out what's been keeping them stuck, bolster their strengths, and develop new skills and actions that create the results they want. My coaching style is short-term but the results are long lasting.
In addition to my coaching for individuals and couples, I've created unique and dynamic workshops like my 4-week Inspired Women Life Coaching Group and my Money Mindful Way courses.
What Debbie does best
Give me an hour and I can work wonders. I'm great at cutting to the chase and working deeply with people in a short amount of time. I'm very creative in my work and am constantly developing original tools, exercises and resources.
What does Debbie need?
I need role models... I'd love to talk with women who followed their calling, launched their own business and then had children. Were you able to balance maintaining your business and taking care of your little one? I'd like to hear your story. We can arrange a phone call or I'll buy you coffee at your favorite Seattle or Eastside cafe.

Experience
Between my social work career and my life coaching business, I have over 15 years of experience helping people. I've held leadership positions in the nonprofit world and I co-founded a grassroots coalition in East King County to help improve social services for immigrants and refugees. I continue to volunteer as the Chairperson for that organization and I'm also the Coordinator for the Eastside Human Services Forum. In my private life, I've had more than a fair amount of life-affirming, traumatic, and utterly joyful experiences that have shaped who I am and what I have to offer.
