With a degree in Psychology and a background in Human Resources, I know it takes more than a few pretty containers to organize an office or home.

Since making the leap to small business owner in 2003, I have taught countless individuals and businesses the mental and physical processes of organizing everything from email to the kitchen junk drawer.

I walk the talk in my own life as a business owner, community volunteer, wife, and mother to two growing children.

I develop systems for the person whose work and home lives are often intertwined. As a small business owner for the last 5 years, I understand the struggles you face in managing your work when it IS your life.

As a seasoned public speaker and professional trainer, I can not only show you how to get organized, I can teach your coworkers or members of your organization through "Lunch and Learn" topics or customized workshops to address your specific needs.

Introductions to individuals in charge of training for companies of 100+ employees. I'd like to talk to them about their training objectives for 2009 and see if the training I offer related to organization and productivity would help them meet those objectives. I love helping companies increase focus, organization and productivity. The results they realize are increased revenue, reduced employee stress and improved employee retention.

I am one of only a handful of Certified Professional Organizers in Washington State. There is a reason there are so few: the requirements are rigorous and the continuing education requirements are 1500 hours of paid work, passing a tough exam and 45 hours of continuing education. A professional organizer with this designation is serious about her business and helping you.

Additionally, I graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in psychology.
