The client sets a goal and together we figure out what type of property they need in order to complete their goal. I have been a landlord since 2005, and I own two rental homes and a duplex. This personal experience has given me the knowledge and expertise to help my investor clients succeed.

For clients that wish to purchase residential real estate, I educate the clients in both the local real estate market, and the buying process. My goal is to get my clients the best deal possible, creating a win-win for both parties.

For my clients that are selling a property, I create a personalized marketing plan for their individual property. We work together to get the property into prime selling condition. From there, I market the property according to our plan. I communicate with my clients regularly about the status of their sale.
