I am a residential real estate agent specializing in the greater Seattle area. Most of my clients are first time buyers. They are looking for someone they can trust to educate them about the local real estate market and will help them purchase their first property. I give a lot of time and energy to these clients, because they need and want the help. And it is fun!

I also work with real estate investors - those who are looking to purchase real estate to hold the property and rent it out. I show my clients how to analyze properties. The client sets a goal and together we figure out what type of property they need in order to complete their goal. I have been a landlord since 2005, and I own two rental homes and a duplex. This personal experience has given me the knowledge and expertise to help my investor clients succeed.

For clients that wish to purchase residential real estate, I educate the clients in both the local real estate market, and the buying process. My goal is to get my clients the best deal possible, creating a win-win for both parties.

For my clients that are selling a property, I create a personalized marketing plan for their individual property. We work together to get the property into prime selling condition. From there, I market the property according to our plan. I communicate with my clients regularly about the status of their sale. My goal is for my sellers to get the best price for their property and the best terms for their situation.

I work with first time home buyers to find their very first home. I educate my clients about the buying process, and work with them through the details to the very end.

I also work with Real Estate Investors, people who purchase rental real estate. I personally own three rental properties that are self managed. I help my clients evaluate their needs, work with them to analyze potential properties, and continue to advise them during the course of their ownership.
