My staff and I provide bookkeeping and accounting services at the client office, our office and by remote access. From clerical bookkeeping to forensic type accounting and fraud prevention, job costing and payroll preparation.

With two Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisors on staff we support & install all versions of QuickBooks, PC and Mac, in addition to teaching and training.

We have a twelve station PC computer lab and provide hands on workshops targeting specific industries and functions.

Having owned and operated a small wholesale manufacturing business for 15 years in addition to working for two CPA firms, I bring thirty years of business and accounting experience to my clients.

I love empowering my clients to do their own work if that's their desire. Time is money and all too often I've had people come to me after attending a QuickBooks seminar that failed to provide them with the information they needed to be productive and confident.

After listening for several years I have developed a hands on teaching method that gives participants a working knowledge of the functions they need without wasting time on functions they will not use in their particular business.

For the business owner that wants us to do the bookkeeping for them I have developed systems and procedures that give our clients efficiency and transparency. Money is often a hot button for people and our goal is to take the heat and stress out of your finances.

Over the years I've come to understand that I need my clients, staff, family and friends to be productive and happy. If I have been able to contribute to that process then I've done my job which means I've been productive and that makes me happy.

I come from a family of entrepreneurs. At the tender age of 17 I was sent to business school to learn bookkeeping and I've been at it ever since. I love my job and in particular working with small business owners.

In addition to working for several CPA firms I co-owned and was the general and production manager of a wholesale manufacturing jewelry company for 15 years. Which is now being run by my daughter.

I've been independent since 1995 and with a solid referral base from CPA's and existing clients I have a staff four excellent bookkeepers and accountants.
