  • Thank you Maria!

We (all seven of us) have a sense of what we are all about but we are going to work on a written mission statement so it's crystal clear from the inside out.

  • Thank you Rebecca!

I will never again introduce myself as an accountant. How boring is that.

From now on it's "I give seminars to business owners, How to Hire and Oversee a Bookkeeper, so I don't have to do as many major QuickBooks cleanups at year end."

    Thanks for the great article.

  • Hi Tanya,

Wonderful idea, I will be with you in spirit but at present I have a bad ankle. I look forward joining you on another walk and talk.

  • I just saw this today and it sounds like something many of my small business clients would benefit from.

I'm going to try to make it this evening to meet you both and learn about what you have to offer.

If I don't make it over this evening I look forward to meeting you at a later date.

  • I would have enjoyed this and look forward to being able to attend a similar event.

Unfortunately the July 1st destination based tax goes into affect tomorrow and I have 25 retail clients that need their QB's updated between the close of business today and the open of business tomorrow.

I'm looking for resource for my small business clients. Workshops have been beneficial for many of them so I'm always on the look out for others.

I'm afraid I haven't had time to look up the history, do you always do these on the Eastside?

  • I will be sure to make this one. I'm a slow learner but I've finally figured out that I can only book two clients a day and maintain any semblance of a personal life.

Some day I'll get to have an actual life. Any mentors out there for that? That would be a great group for small biz folks...How to maintain a healthy balance.

  • Chris-I’m sorry I missed the meet and great yesterday I’d been looking forward to it for a week. I was tied up with a client until 6pm. I tried to figure out how to cut out but they moved their entire office over the weekend and we were digging through boxes trying to find files, etc.

I feel badly committing to a spot that someone else could have filled and I promise I'm not a flake. When (not if) you do this in the future please let me know.

  • Thanks for the nudge Chris, looks like a great group of diverse professionals. My practice focuses on small business and I am constantly looking for resources for my clients. I look forward to getting to know everyone.
