My real love is working with fondant. What an amazing medium. I feel like I'm back in school playing with clay--only this one you really are supposed to eat. (Yeah. I ate the clay--liked the paste even better.)

Good news for you, I have far more discriminating tastes now and have developed simply scrumptions recipes for cakes and cupcakes, including gluten-free offerings. Thank god I'm gluten intolerant or I'd be a blimp.
