How do I edit audio clips?

Hi there,

I've been recording presentations and phone calls using audioacrobat.com -- and I'm wondering if anyone can provide insight on how to edit these audio files.

Basically, I want to take out parts and put the rest back together. Or I want to cut off the beginning or cut off the end.

Does anyone know how I can do this? A basic audio editing program or an online service?

Best style guide for writers?

Hi,

Recently I've been trying to expand the writing side of my business. I'm mostly writing website content. Yesterday someone asked me if I follow a particular style guide. Yikes... Back in college I had the AP Style Guide on my desk, but I'm embarrassed to say I don't have one now. My question is, which guide do you think is the best/easiest to use? AP, MLA, Elements of Style? Others?

Which one do you have on your desk for reference?

PS. I'm fond of the extra comma. (I have this, that, and the other thing.) I don't think the AP Guide agrees-- but I suppose if it's the best I can get over my love for the extra comma.

Hi Everyone! I've been reading the Biznik learn section for a while but I just updated my profile and added my new website so now I'd like to officially say HELLO! I recently moved to Ireland (but come home to New York often to visit clients, family & friends) so online networking is one of the main ways I get to talk to others.
