I am a licensed family care pratitioner and am committed to helping people achieve higher levels of wellness. I can treat any problem that presents itself to me. Anything you might ask? Yes, because I help you understand why you have the problem in the first place. Disease is adaptive physiology and insurance companies need diagnostic codes, therefore a group of symptoms together is called a "disease". Are you following me? If the disorder is removed, the symptoms go away and you no longer have the disease. The key is to remove the imbalance, not to just merely mask symptoms. Using a functional medicine approach, mild physiologic imbalances can be detected EVEN BEFORE SYMPTOMS ARISE. All of the patients I have seen would say they have felt cared for and listened to. The emotional, psychological, and spiritual health of everyone I see is equally important to me as the physical. I make house calls and have a special interest in elder care. Counseling and Homeopathy are treatments that I have found to be very effective.

I am a former Los Angeles County paramedic and have a Bachelor's Degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. I received my doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in 2006 and have 3 years of clinical training supervised at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health. Most importantly, I have raised a well-adjusted, self-confident, loving and helping young woman/girl (she just turned 17) while attending medical school and working as a food-server.
