In the business since 1997, I help my clients be more profitable with thoughtful marketing and Ticor Technology.

Sometimes their clients need guidance and motivation as well. In the process of achieving their real estate dreams, home buyers and sellers sometimes become anxious. My team works to gently guide them through the closing process. Keeping them informed, at ease, arriving "safely" and calm - that's my number one priority.

Offering title insurance and escrow services for home buyers and sellers. My experience as an Escrow Assistant, and then Escrow Closer for six years before working in the sales arena, lends expertise that my clients genuinely appreciate.

Partnering with some of the hardest working real estate and lending professionals in South King County, you had better be on top of your game. As a Title Rep who understands the closing process from beginning to end, I add value to my clients business on a continuous basis through education.

I strive to keep my clients up to date on what is going on in the real estate world - and beyond. Our business is still all about Service and Relationship. That remains my ultimate goal, with a lot of integrity, a little humor, and creativity mixed in there too.

In the business since December 1997. I was hired as an Escrow Assistant, promoted to Escrow Closer. After six years I made the career switch to Title and Escrow Sales. Haven't looked back yet!
