I partner with emotional eaters who are ready to do the real (inner) work to finally become free of their food/weight struggles.
As a nutritionist, I help clients with the outer work of eating principles and strategy to earn their body's support in releasing fat. More importantly, as a certified professional coach, I help clients with the inner work of uncovering the truths beneath their hunger.
I call the process enlightened weight loss because people become enlightened to how their weight has been trying to serve them, what parts of them are doing the eating and their core limiting beliefs running their eating and their life. We touch the heart of each issue, and transform it from there. It is a powerful life-changing journey in which natural weight is a natural result. And, it's actually uplifting and fun!

Pull the truth out from people. Motivate and inspire, helping people remember who they are.

I would like to meet people who are frustrated, discouraged and had enough of being stuck in a pattern of overeating and would like to entertain a refreshing new paradigm toward food and weight loss.

I would also like to meet naturopathic doctors and other wholistic health care practioners to share referrals. Topics of menopause and depression come up most often.

In addition, I would like to meet other nutritionists who enjoy working in weight loss and take insurance to, refer potential clients who can't pay out of pocket.

Before starting Weight Loss Coach in 2004, I worked in clinical, public health and sports nutrition as well as weight loss.
Since becoming a coach, I practice with clients: Voice Dialog, The Work by Byron Katie, Radical Forgiveness, PSYCK-K, Geneen Roth's work, guided meditations, among other modalities.
Oh, and I was a notorious binge eater until my early twenties.
